Who operates this website

This website is operated by O-Town Plumbing, a licensed Utah plumbing contractor, under the brand name Ogden Emergency Plumbing. Service requests submitted here are handled by O-Town Plumbing, and the plumbing work described on this site is performed by O-Town Plumbing.

The guidance on this site

The instructional content here is general information for homeowners. It is not a substitute for a professional assessment of your particular property, and it cannot account for conditions nobody has seen.

Nothing on this site asks you to perform plumbing, gas, electrical or structural work. Where a page describes an action, it is limited to shutting off water, limiting damage, and staying safe. If you are unsure, stop and call.

Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility from outside before doing anything else. If water has reached electrical equipment and you cannot cut the power from a dry position, leave the area and call from outside. If sewage has entered living space, keep people and pets away from it.

Pricing

Any price information on this site is indicative and describes what typically drives cost. It is not a quotation. Actual pricing is provided before work begins and is agreed with you at that point.

Availability and arrival times

Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Arrival within 30 minutes is typical on the Weber County valley floor. That is a typical arrival time and not a guaranteed one. Weather, road conditions, distance and jobs already in progress all affect it, and outlying areas including the Ogden Valley and Davis County take longer. You will be given a realistic arrival time for your location and the conditions that night when you call.

Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Utah law. O-Town Plumbing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general guidance.

This limitation applies to the website and its content. It does not limit any obligation arising from plumbing work performed for you, which is governed by the terms agreed with you before that work begins, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
